Water activities in and around Sopot?

Hi,

I'll be in Sopot for a few days in July with my 16 year old niece and I want to hook her up with some cool activities such as surfing or scuba diving lessons, especially if there was some sort of teen day camp where she could meet other teens to socialize with. Also, are there any sunset boat cruises from the area, or parasailing? Other suggestions for the area so that she has a memorable time?
