English Video & Sound Course - Poznan or Warsaw

Hi. i am just wondering if anyone knows of a video/sound course conducted in english in either Poznan or Warsaw. I am looking to create training videos in the future and would not mind a course to show me the basics of creating videos and sound.

Actually what i am probably looking for would be a video production course. Any assistance would be great.
