Finding English-speaking job position in Poland

How have you done it? How do you go about getting a English speaking position in Poland?
What have been your experiences? Is there a good chance getting a English speaking position in Poland?

On CV review employees indicate and confirm good knowledge of English or at least average.
But don’t compare your self to them. Most of companies owners or CO here are dumb.
I mean flawed educated, & that’s the problem - you need to comprehend with them…
