Does anybody know of any reliable language schools who can offer good teaching work so late in the semester? Preferably in-company and in Warsaw (not fussy about the exact location).

A western-owned school would be better since some Polish-owned ones that I've worked for are a bit, well....
And I'm not looking for full time, just a few extra hours. Business English is fine.

It's been discussed already in general. It might be easier to get a private English tutoring job for about the same money in Warsaw... I think there are many well-off people there who need a one-on-one tutor, but I haven't been there for a few years so it could change.

A few schools are recruiting at the moment in Warsaw.

Resource (they're really very good - I used to work there) have some lessons to fill in the city centre due to my friend leaving to go back to the states (They're at .resource.com.pl, or email at info@resource.com.pl). I'd have gladly done them myself but am busy at the times they have free lessons. The lessons are indeed in-company and they are a British-owned school.

This is also the time of year when some teachers either get new jobs or just go home due to the weather, so it's worth ringing round various schools - if you can hang on until January, there are usually a few vacancies.

Teaching English in Poland

I have just moved to Warsaw, Poland and I am looking for work teaching English. Can anyone advise me on best schools to try and the best places to advertise for private tuition.

Cheers john Ward UK.
