TEFL, CELTA, TESOL what is the difference between the three?

I have decided I would like to move to Poland and become an English teacher. I have looked online but I don't really quite understand the differences between all of these courses.
Could anyone point me in the right direction to which course would suit me best?
I'm looking to move to Poland, most likely Warsaw, and become a teacher.
I'm eighteen at the moment, does that reach the minimum age to join one of these?
What is this Callan school? *spelling..

Thank you

TEFL = teaching English as Foreign Language.....more modern term is ELT (ENglish language teaching)
CELTA teaching certificate validated by RSA/CAmbridge.
Cert. TESOL, same but validated by Trinity.

I think the second one is supposed to give more preparation,(five weeks not four) for not only ppl learning English in their own countries but also for ESOL (English for speakers of other languages, eg permanent immigrants)

I think both of these courses prefer graduates but you can blag your way onto them if for example you had English Language A level, or other similar qualification.

Callan is a specific method which uses its own materials and doesnt require teachers to have the TEFL training. I dont know too much about it, but you might ask Seanus.

Callan is a method I trained teachers in some 3 years ago. It is a method where you read questions from a book twice and prompt them to give you the answer. It's main focus in the early levels is tempo and subject/verb agreement. It is useful for most beginners.

Just type Callan into the search box. Also, the other topics have been covered earlier on the forum. Just use the checker and you will see.

>>>both of these courses prefer graduates - from a University. You need to have a Batchelor's degree and CELTA qualification.

Look on websites which advertise jobs in Poland and see what the schools require. The other thing is you need to be able to 'sell yourself' and impress the DOS with your enthusiasm, knowledge and experience as a teacher.
...students - I hope that you don't mean students at a Uni but students in a language school.
It would be difficult at the age of 18/19 to convince someone that you have the necessary qualifications/experience.
