What is top technical university in Poland for chemical engineering research?

Just wondering if there were any good ChE programs in Poland involved in drug delivery and cancer therapy research?

I am lookin into some for post-doctoral research.

Yeah, unfortunately they only have a Chemistry department. No ChE.....

Something similar seems to be at Politechnika ¦l±ska in Gliwice, Politechnika Krakowska, Politechnika Łódzka, Politechnika Szczecińska, Politechnika Warszawska and Politechnika Wrocławska. But I would rather think (however as a person, who doesn't have much idea about this issue) that generally in Poland Chemical Engineering at technical universities is mainly about the solutions for industry and this

well some of these do have this, but it would be under the umbrella of material science.....
