Assalamou Alaikum. 1 year old child passport problems

halo i am a single father of a 1 year old child i am a british citizen my child was bourn in england. his mother was polish she came to england to start a new life we migrated to pakistan she went her own way and before the jokes i dont live in a mud hut or drive a camal.

the child was only registered in the brithish birth register father british mother polish we was not leagaly marrid registered

all the men that are going crazy over polish women and the polish women falling head over heels wen they see a tall dark thin and handsome male like me whith long curly hair and a lil stubble ;) that they think will make a nice pet think again my perents was from differerent countris so where hers so was we need i say more! go whith your own if you want a simple stright forward life or every body just ends up confused i still aint shure what country or culture i belong to make it 3 possibly 4 im a alian whith green ears.

we broght our son over to pakistan on a pakistani passport due to a family emergeny its the only passport he has ever held

how do i take him back to the the fastest and best way

any advice help is much appreciated

Imnot sure iunderstand u good because of my crazy english but, if u took marry in england and baby was born in england in certificate of birt has write parents"englisha nd polish,now this baby live in poland u havent big chance to take baby aut UE withut permition his mother , of cours everything depend are u steel with her ,u are divorced.. i wilmust know more thinkgds.. always the best solution is talk with mother baby ..

the child was bourn in england registered in england thoght he only has a pakistani passport i was unable to make him any other passport in the time span i had my father was supposed to be in hospital on a oxygen tank supossadly breathing his last thank Allah he still alive so we all came hear to pakistan i can go back no problem can take father back no problem child has no papers for re-entry into england thoght he was bourn and spent his 1st few months in england

me the child and his mother come to pakistan whith the child we was not legally marrid the childs mother left i called her back she left again i would like to take child back to england as i have a house there better life and oppourtunitis for my child there winter is going to set in Ramzaan is fast approchin Eid muslim festivil is round the corner my 90 year old fathers health is detiororating i have been trying four six months to take him back i aint willing to leave him hear i cant live whitout him my little angel

I understand u took muslim marriage with ur polish wife? if that is, in european low this mariage is not leggaly mean only one perosn who can decide abaut baby is his mother, that mean if she want go aut from any cauntry with baby she can, but u r his father even if in european low u r wihut marry in certificate of birth is ur name so u too have right to baby , u can fight with her or in judge and for sure uwillnot get chance to taker small baby to Pakistan or even take aut UE (withut her permistion and she wilnot give this permition on 100% ) u can fight to visit him, to meet him to take him on holidays..
Of coue always the best solution is when parents lave togther or if they cant , they can find good solution for good baby.. but this is life

Okay for one, I dont understand why you took the child on a pakistani passport, you have a british birth certificate your wife a Polish one, you have a British Passport your wife a Polish one, as for emergency, I got my last passport in a day and in fact the one before that I got in a day - easy - go to the passport office pay over the top and you get it so I have no idea why a baby was give a pakistani passport with no pakistani documents unless your fausified them in which case you reep what you sew...something not adding up for me.

A British passport would have been a better idea. Have you tried the Citizens Advice Bureau?

how ever we took my son out is not the issue i tred to apply for a british passport they said i could not have one becuse me and the mother was not marrid we never registered the child whith the polish embassy when he was bourn just made things worse. thoght as for reaping what you sow i had the option of takeing my partner and son over to pakistan or leaveing them where they was alone whith no family we came hear for 10 12 years migrated basicaly to start a better life more relaxed no work no stress put your feet up and drink green tea all day whach your child grow up and play whithout worrying bout the tax man or the bank manager or someone asking you to work for them and geting payed a month later not to mention the looks what they doing togher i took my son to a hospital in englad when he was a week old a 2 in the night cuss he had a runny nose and it was blocking his breething the woman behind the dest at the A&E looked at me like what the hell you doing whith a white woman she was more conserned about ower interratiol relationship then the problem faceing our child i never said anything dident wanna make a scene or get trown out stayed quite for the sake of my son least it aint like that down hear children are a gift from God no matther what race color creed or background they from who ever got one will understand

Yes, Pakistan is nation that us Brits can learn much from especially in the areas of tolerance and paediatric care.

Only thing I can suggest is if the child has a British birth certificate go to the British Embassy if your are still in Pakistan and explain to them. ..Sounds as though he may be entitled to a British Passport in his own right, but urge you to check with Embassy first they should be able to help you.

i wouldent be takeing the baby back to the counytry if i was a baby snacher and getting the embassy and the home office involved to get him some sort of document to get him back in to the uk i could leave him hear and theres nothing any goverment in the world can do about it one of the advantages of being a multiple natniol :)

haveing a british birth cirtificate dos not give a child right to claim natniolaty in englang just means his nutralised in the country he was bourn in if the child was bourn after 1st june 2006 he would have the same rights as he got from his mother she was polish he is tecnicaly polish in the goverments eys childen bourn no non leagally marrid couples in the uk after 1sy june 2006 both perents will have equal rights as mother or father will be able to claim natniolaty from there respective sides.

salama bro! as long as your son was born in the uk he is a citizen of the country,u should go to the british consulate in ur coutry and explain to them wat happend.u should have a prove of his birth certificate ri ght there they will issue u a emergency passport if u need to go back urgently...

ps if u took ur son out of the counry witout his mother u will be in trouble.. just be honest wit the consulate.

whith referance to the above application and to our conversation of 15th august 2007 as you are aware by the provisions of the british nationality act 1981 your son unfortunatly has no automatic claim to british nationality by decent from you as his father.

neiter i am afraid does your son qualify by virtue of his birth in the united kingdom since 1st january 1983 any child born in the united kingdom must be to a british citizen or setteled perent meaning no imigration restrictions sometimes known as indeffinate leave to remain.

this was the final letter from the british high commision whch has closed the matter i also wrote to the home office in england they just told the british embassy in islamabad that there hand was tied and there is notthing that they can do i dont get it how the hell dos the home office issue 10.000 frudalant passports to fradsters yet a child who is born whith all the evidence ie birth cirtificate from birmingham registry office antiatal records from handswort wood medical centre and city road hospital photos from all over england ect ect get declined even an emergency passport just to get him back to the country one trip i went to the polish embassy they couldent speak english so they sent the gardeners forman to chat to me in urdu man goes apply for a pakistani passport then a visa im like he has claim to polish natniolaty trogh decent his like whatever closed the door in my face the ****

Not true. That gravy train has ended thank god. Even if you are a citizen of the EU your children do not automatically get British citizenship just from being born here. This may also be partly a consequence of the massive numbers of Poles coming to Britain as I know this has caused a greater restriction on visa approvals. Basically, because of all the Poles we cannot let in any of our third world brothers and sisters.
