attempting to obtain new address for the old Graupen Strasse 13

my wife was born in Breslau, Graupen Strasse 13 - we hope to visit Wroclaw in 2009 and would like to contact someone that can tell us what the new Polish address is for the old Graupen Strasse 13. Know anyone who has the old German maps that can let us know the new Polish address???

Graupen Str. is today's "ul. (ulica) Krupnicza", but I have no idea if the current Krupnicza 13 (see photo) is equivalent to Graupen Strasse 13, or to some other house number,

MY WIFE LEFT WHEN SHE WAS 4 OR 5 YEARS OF AGE AND DON'T REMEMBER MUCH OF HER HOME - BUT NOW THAT I KNOW THE STREET NAME WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO CHECK THE AREA WHEN WE GET TO WROCLAW AND HOPEFULLY SOMETHING WILL JOG HER MEMORY. HE MOTHER VISITED WROCLAW SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND SAID THE HOME WAS STILL THERE - UNFORTUNATELY I DIDN'T GET THE SPECIFIC NEW ADDRESS INFO FROM HER BEFORE SHE PASSED AWAY.
