Depends on a kind of job... Network administrator in a small company makes very little but a good programmer can make really good money... But generally there are more jobs and better cash in cities like Warsaw, Wroc³aw or Kraków...

How about in Wooch/Lodz? for a software engineer with 6 years experience. Can he get 10000 zloty per month?
