Interested in finding out old-fashioned, natural and organic beauty rituals and customs of polish women for face, hair or body care including popular ingredients such as oils, botanicals, etc.

Some herbs used to be popular for beauty in Poland. Also "pijawki" (not sure how it's in English).

There is a terrific book called, "Polish Herbs, Flowers & Folk Medicine" by Sophie Horowicz Knab with lots of useful information like that in English. I'm pretty sure you can find it in many online bookstores.
