Is this a topic for discussion or is it a translation request ?

It's a language programme, 'Before You know it' is a free downloadable language program available in most laanguages. However there is more advanced 'paid for' versions available for $40 . I am wondering whether anyone has bought it?

Or if not then could anyone recommend a good language programme , free or to purchase?
