Yap. Like every third person :) My state just announced that we have a huge obesity problem. Now even Starbucks is going to 2% milk.

what i have said is that some traits or more visible in some groups than others

Perhaps we can each go to another nations forum and check this out. I've seen it a few times in here, but not as often as I hear about it in the US. I can see your point though....Like women of the middle east. Maybe these women don't cheat as much as maybe an Italian woman would.

experience tells me that you will see this elsewhere...

nationality characteristics, the things that stereotypes are made from, exist... thats all there is to it... whilst its not always wise to make sweeping generalisations, the things that make people do this are often based on fact

Indeed! Loser "Don't Call Me" is a perfect example." He's upset with all Polish people, merely because his sorry dupa was dumped by his Polish ex-girlfriend. Apparently she had come to her senses, when she had chosen an older man over him! I don't blame her. Obviously he's quite a scum bag!

I get a little bit bored with seeing the same things over and over

first of all I will agree to this.. I totally agree with this first part, Why I stopped it
of course, we all know we have regular guests ( we know they come back)
and members, who of course dont keep asking same old questions over and over
do polish women cheat? do polish men cheat? whats wrong with my polish girfriend?
why does my polish man snore?

these are questions that keep coming up over and over.. I know that we have
some really smart People out there, but, I ask those who keep posting these
Questions over and over and over, do you really have to ask these questions?

if someone is cheating, its a no-brainer, move on, or stay with them and bang
your head against a wall trying to figure it out!

Amathyst is right in saying its not a certain behavior trait in one nationality..
if a man goes to a bar, hes married, he knows this, do you think he is going to
say..hmmmm I am polish, and we dont do these things because its just part of
our nationality? no, he is going to down a few more and go after the legs he
watched for the last hour!! married or not. it boils down to morals. if you have none
then so sorry for you karma will bite you in the arse later..

none of this is secluded to one nationality..

Polish girls werent raised to cheat once they get with a boyfriend.. english men
werent raised to beat their women sensless were they? someone can easily come
along, maybe two three new people and say, hes a heavy drinker, and he hits me
all the time , is this a trait of english men? no of course not. these two, three men
who do this, either were brought up in a abusive environment and or were neglected
as children so they brought this into their relationships..it could be a number of things
to which make this happen.. I could go on. but I think I have said enough.

more quotes to Quote :)

they should go to skim milk, 2 % still has alot of fat in it. I watched a show which
showed the amount in blocks of butter how much fat actually goes into your body
with whole milk.. I havent drank that in years. and once I saw that, it confirmed my
thoughts on whole milk and made me really glad I switched.. <~did that sound like
a commercial?? LOL.

Got milk?

only because the sterotypes said them.

like saying all American people are fat and lazy.. but if we were, then our country
wouldnt be productive.. someone runs this country.. we have faults. but so does
everyone else.

or someone walking up to a person and saying, you think your the man and all
muscles and sheen.. catagorizing this man into a select group, when in fact
he is just taking care of himself..

Why Some people do this? in my personal opinion, media hype helps this along
because so many are so busy trying to be like someone else.. and not themselfs.

its not her fault. I would be upset too. some uncalled for mean things were said
and yes, ignoring people is probably the best course of action. but, in some cases
defense is warranted.. so from what I seen, she isnt doing anything wrong.

matter of fact, she should be getting an Apology right about now from the old
wise one..

I really wish these 2 year olds would stop getting a hold of their mommas PW.

gluten

Gluten (definition) protein component of wheat that gives dough its elasticity
Glutton (definition) one who is unsatiable

Sorry, that was bugging me and I had to indulge myself :)

Drink a lot, sing loudly when drunk (usually Danny Boy or some old IRA song), have
strong catholic values but still beat their wives not having their slippers warmed for them on a Saturday night at mid night when they get home from the pub! Feel they should have 7 kids because they are catholic and contreception is now allowed! Let their boys get away with murder and the girls are to stay at home or be married off by the time they are 15 - eat a lot of potatoes and cabbage and stew

Yeah...and?

I don't really drink that expensive crap, but I know that anything lighter than 2% wont foam up very well because it's like water. It will also make the coffee taste like crap. Whole milk is good for your bones. There's no need to make anything lighter. People just need to learn to eat in moderation and exersize. It's not a difficult concept. We've survived on whole milk for years before our time, bur have become pathetically lazy since then.

Amen, brotha! That's what I try to tell my patients everyday......a healthy diet with plenty of exercise is the best cure for many of the diseases out there, IMHO.

What is is it?

I'll help you with some simple ones:
1. Take the stairs and not the lift/evevator/escalator.
2. Park further and not right next to the handycap spots.
3. Take a brief walk after eating.
4. Walk a little faster or with more movement to raise your heartbeat..you know shake yer booty/swing your arms ;) lol
5. Water :)

I like to also try to fit sex in there somewhere (when available)

No offence daffles but she asked.
Amy's is probably true too but whenever I think Ireland, apart from Guiness, this joke pops into my mind.

Two Irishmen browsing the jobs wanted section of the local paper. "Hey look (let's call him Paddy for the sake of stereotyping) Paddy, here's one: Tree Fellers wanted."

"Ah tis a shame there is only two of us..."

We've survived on whole milk for years before our time

Only when milk became pasterized commercially, was it presented as whole milk.
Without pasterizing, the cream floats to the top and won't stay mixed in (unless you shake the hell out of it and drink it very fast).

On the farm, when Mom milked the cow each morning and evening, the milk was put in the fridge only after it had a few minutes to separate, and then the cream was skimmed off to make cow's butter. (OMG nothing tastes like real, homemade butter).

But FISZ, I agree with you about moderation.
I will only use real butter and refuse those scary hydrogenated concotions sold as margarine or faux butter. Just don't put the whole stick in your oatmeal, ok?
