ok another silly topicfor some of us life is brutal a day after.i was suffering terrible headaches till i found out a magic receipe.
drink us much as you like when you finish, before you go to bed remember:
-drink water with a vitamin tablet like plusssssh-well known in poland and take 2 tablets of paracetamol or ibuprophen(pain killers).i can guarantee that the following morning you will have no headache and you will be fine.simple isn't it?i checked it on myself on a few occasions
ok anyone else would like to share with us?but don't make it up-someone may suffer even more

1 ltr of water and a glass of pure orange juice..when you get in......prevention

if you forget or in many cases not capable of doing the above

a bag of Watsits and a bottles of lucazade....all those lovely E numbers (orange colourings) work their magic.....cure

angus durus bitters swilled in a glass of soda water also helps (that's the stuff that makes my lovely gin pink!) only a drop any more will make you ill, as for raw eggs no thanks I value my life too much!

For me water from pickles always work for me. Alternatively mineral water (but only with Co2) and some lemon.

Actually the only reason people get hung over is because your human body doesn't naturally accept Alcohol. So when its flaoting around in your body it will try to get rid of it. Thats why you gotta pee a lot. You will also sweat and everything. So when you wake up you feel like crap becuase all the liquid in your body has been seeped up. So drink a few glasses of water after your beers and go to bed. You'll wake up fine.

Drinking and eating szarlotka (cannibalism?) never works well at the end. Next time try pickles and herrings instead

have a shot of whatever you were drinking (only one please) then, lots of water or milk. It's not gonna make wonders, but it helps. The only true remedy is not overdoing it, but...

At risk of mixing threads, WW2 fighter pilots found that breathing pure oxygen is an instant cure for a hangover - just don't smoke at the same time.

what is Kefir

Kefir is a cultured, enzyme-rich food filled with friendly micro-organisms that help balance your "inner ecosystem." More nutritious and therapeutic than yogurt, it supplies complete protein, essential minerals, and valuable B vitamins.

dont eat eggs or sausage myself.. I like bacon, beans, tomato mushroom bubble & squeak and/or hash browns and bread & butter... and maybe a can of Coke or a hot chocolate (dont drink tea and coffee).. avg. price £4.50 in London (variable).
Sorry, felt the need to revive the hangover thread to go with the other one.. anyway, thats pretty much it for me.. Im off down the pub. Have a good one.
