How about kapusniak? Cabbage soup was suggested as hangover cure by Aristotle. I would not take any pills (ibuprofen, tylenol): mixed with alcohol they are damaging to your liver, I"m sure you want to be able to get drunk when you are fifty one day, right?

U want to cure a hang over...Make a BLT
Cook Bacon
wash and slice tomatoes
Wash and chop iceburg lettuce
Toast bread/ This is very important...On one side of the bread spread Hellman's Mayo
The Blt should be toast/lettuce/tomatoes/bacon and the hellmans pice of toast(The bacon should meet the mayo)
Drink a glass of pedia light....The drink they give to infants.

I call this the Hangover BLT

Actually the only reason people get hung over is because your human body doesn't naturally accept Alcohol. So when its flaoting around in your body it will try to get rid of it. Thats why you gotta pee a lot. You will also sweat and everything. So when you wake up you feel like crap becuase all the liquid in your body has been seeped up. So drink a few glasses of water after your beers and go to bed. You'll wake up fine.

Umm.....this was a serious answer guys. Drinking plenty of fluids (mainly water) will get rid of hangover. The only thing a hangover is, is the lack of water in your system that makes you feel sick and like crap

She is right alcohol takes away from all the good nutrients...veno will help lower your LDL(bad cholesterol)...so if you are gonna drink and you pass out like me...eat a blt and drink a glass of pedia light...have grease for lunch(When I say grease I mean go to a diner or a place that serves greasy food...Avoid Trans fat and Polyunsaturated Fat!

in Poland they put coffee grinds in a cup and fill it with boiling water then cover cup with plate. this makes the coffee strong and you have some grinds floating in the coffee and getting stuck in between your teeth

the claasic, communist way of making Polish coffee, which my friend calls "mud" is to put some ground coffee in the glass or a mug and pour hot water over it, let it sit for a while, until the coffe goes down, add some sugar and milk, or cream and drink it. NObody else in the world makes coffee like that. Also, there is a lot of instant coffee drunk in Poland.
There are some coffee shops which actually use Italian coffee machines, so you can actually get a pretty good coffee when out in town.

communism is long gone but people still make coffee that way

there are more funny things in Poland like

1. people don't like to use shower curtains they are'nt popular

2. window screens aren't used.

3. people don't like to have clothes driers

in Poland they don't like shower curtains

when you are showering you have to kneel down

you cannot stand up because you will spray water everywhere due to the lack of a shower curtain

Have tried both of the following, and they do help. But surely there must be a magic pill that could return me to the land of the living.
