I need some help with the polish portion of my speech. My whole family is polish and I would like to recite a traditional polish saying or something from the pope. I currently live in dc so if anyones local, we can discuss over drinks.

Wish I could help you out, but I'm not good with English speeches, let alone, Polish ones. Good luck and welcome to the forum!

This is a short toast to end with at the reception. Say some nice thing to the groom and his bride then you can end with this.

Heres to love... and laughter
and happier ever after

I have till June, would like to have it written soon, so my biggest worry is memorizing it.

Well you have plenty of time, you can use cue cards though, just in case you forget - at my wedding (divorced now!), my best man (my brother) used them and although he recited it pretty well he did need to refer to them once or twice. He said he was nervous (BIG wedding!!) and he couldn't remember his place in the speach due to his nerves!

He got through it though and it was brilliant. Good luck with it, I'm sure you'll do fine!!!

Did you find the Polish phrases you were looking for?
