Best New Year party place in Poland?

Can anyone tell me a good city where i can Stay over the new year. I want it to be a place were i can Party and have a good time ( with a lot of alcohol ) and with an recommendation for a good hotel.

quiet - a lot quieter than the summer but still stuff going on - will be busy for NY
