I think it is ja biegam from the verb biegać, meaning to run but ja biegnę from the verb biegn±ć meaning I will run-a perfective case suggesting future action.
Wysiadam comes from the verb wysiadać but wysi±dę comes from the verb wysi±¶ć. I can not remember all the rules and spelling now.

No, it is oni biegali, one biegały and ono biegało if it is the verb biegać that we are talking about. Otherwise I do not understand what the question is all about at all.

In english it has to do with past present and future tense.

run turn dismount snore

I thought about it and english is pretty boring to translate it into.

That's wrong, should be:

wy- biegacie/biegniecie skręcacie wysiadacie chrapiecie

biegam means something like: I run (often, twice a week)
biegnę means: I'm running (right now)

The same, Oni biegli - they run (once in the past)
oni biegali - they were running

The verb biegać is running around all the time at the present time such as biegam po mie¶cie or biegam po sklepach. The verb biec/biegn±ć is the verb forms for 'to run' from which we get the verb biegnę.
