My Polish friends were telling me about a winter so cold 30 or more years ago, that Poles were able to drive over the Baltic to Sweden.

Can anybody tell me more about this.

I believe it won't. People were perishing in 2005/06 but the last 2 years have been mild in comparison. It has been cold this year but it wasn't freezing for too long.

Sandek, Drink better wodka without k: Wod/k/a. That's healthier.

I don't like alcohol.

Concerning temperature: Last winter I wanted to go to Nowy Sacz. In Warsaw there were -30 degrees. There was lot's of chaos.
