i would stay where you are ,you say you have been working for 5 years ,well that is very good ,not many in the uk have the same job after 5 years ,they work on temporary contracts for 6 months ,or if they are lucky they are employed for 2 years then get made redundant .a low paid stable job is better than an high paid job for 6 months then followed by unemployment.
