Im looking for suggestions for a birthday present. Would love to hear any unique and intriguing idea's for a gift for herself.

Think about things that will make her look and feel good/better!! Like jewelry, nice clothes she's been fantasizing over, shoes, lingerie (very nice pieces), expensive chocolate, perfum, fine wine, or other lusty delectables... flowers (try to be imaginative - put together something less conventional, and still classy)...

As for jewelry, you can never go wrong with the classic 14k gold or some other sort of diamond-esqe adornments. If you know what she likes that would help, yes?

If you're going to get jewelry, something in the shape of a heart is always nice, like a heart shaped pendant, or a bracelet that has hearts on it.

i remembe when i gave my X a white gold bracelet heart shaped. on the back side of a heart was engraved love for ever.
