As far as theKruk is concerned I welcome any and all and hopefully more people of color here, but caution its not the most open-minded place. The average Pole in my humble opinion has a long way to go until the red and white accepts the rainbow.

The reasons are simple when you look carefully at the list you proposed. Let's see:

skin color - adaptation to climate, less sunny climates require white skin so that sufficient amount of vitamin D is produced (white skin allows for better penetration of sun rays).

culture - this doesn't appear to have anything to do with IQ. Similar myths, similar legends. So what that Africans believe that having sex with a virgin cures HIV. Many whites believe gays are the reason of HIV.

religious beliefs - same difference. Religious beliefs are regarded by some as dumb, whether the believer is white or black. After all, to an atheist there is no difference between the belief in Santa Claus, Jesus, or a thousand year old witch living in an old baobab tree

physical make up - again, adaptation to the external conditions. Cold climate - bulky body to keep the heat in, hot climate - slim body to help get rid of the heat. A fools trancend climates. So do smart people.

Intelligence is also a skill, to some extend. Regardless where you go, various ethnicities survive in the conditions in which they have to live - from the Arctic to the hottest places in Africa and elsewhere. Some manage to survive even in their burbs with the oil prices hitting all time highs, and withe driving restrictions imposed by their parents. They'd probably be leading fools in the streets of Soweto, of the wilderness if Nigeria. If they survived more than 24 hours, that is.

whats up everybody. im new to this forum. im a black american guy and ill be visiting poland here in a few weeks. i was browsing around the web trying to get a preview of polish culture and what to expect during my visit. im not on here trying to pick up polish women. im married.
my wife is white. and i was curious about how europeans felt about racially mixed relationships. from what i read so far, poland is not that much different from america, some people are cool with it, some people are not.
i just hope theres no rude ******** in poland staring at me and my wife because shes white and with me.
some of you guys got it all wrong too, you think all black guys want to be with white women, thats not true. the majority of black guys here in america arent attracted to white women, or women of any other race. im not saying thats cool or anything, thats just the way it is. i caught hell from some of my family members when i started dating different races.

You will generally find this is more of a problem in Eastern Europe than in America and the UK. I have a good friend who doesn't travel there with his partner for that very reason.

You can't blame them though, this kind of bigotry was common in the UK not so long ago.

What suits one person will not suit another.
I dated a black man in the UK from Nottingham for a while, my girlfriends where fine with it, my male freiends found it threatening. Why, I've no idea as none of them wanted to date me.
My friends father thinks that I am unclean after having "been" with a black man, so what. He himself traveled Europe with his job back in the 80's and almost certainly has a few children he knows nothing about, judging by his comments so what he thinks will never affect my life. I have no unknown children anywhere ;)

I have always believed that racist people will always be the most unhappy. Because while those interracial couples are running around being happy; they are too busy being unhappy about someone else's life. As well as people who don't like gay. Less people are beginning not to give a f#@k about other people's opinions. So it sucks for everyone who tries to place judgment on other peoples lives; because you are going to miss out on your own.
