It's outrageous here in Warsaw, lots of dumbf*ck idiots have pitbulls, rottweilers and other monstrosities. Someone mentioned earlier this daft Polish habit of emulating anything American, hence the crap rap rip offs and baseball hatted twats with dangerous dogs roaming the streets. All American pastiche here is based on what young people see on MTV, unfortunately young Poles just 'steal' their culture from other countries so all music, art etc is just an embarassing copy. I got accosted by a drunk guy with a pitbull who took the dogs' muzzle off and tried to get the thing to attack me! luckily the dog just started jumping up at its owner and I managed to run away. On another occasion we saw a group of guys trying to coax their pitbull into attacking a petrified mongrel dog tied up outside a supermarket. I didn't want to get involved (chicken) but my girlfriend jumped in and went nuts at these guys!

Breeds of dogs come and go. Pitbulls and rotts are in. It's just a fad all over the world. Next will be the Dandie Dinmont Terrier and the King Charles Spaniel.
