As far as I can see some of you learn Polish. If anyone would like to practice his conversational skills with a Polish guy feel free to contact me. We could chat via skype or MSN both in Polish and English from time to time. The idea of that activity would be to correct each other. What do you think guys?:)

I'd be up for that mate. As a young man I hope my brain isn't damaged too much with work, cigarettes and alcohol to learn some Polish.

Remember I don't have a clue about any Polish apart from the "F" word.

Hi previous Guest.

If you've any desire to become a translator (in any language), you'd be as well getting yourself a decent handle on punctuation.

Or does the Caps button on your keyboard not work?

Change not! To change thy fortune 'tis too late.

Or does the Caps button on your keyboard not work?

Yep it works.

and I in turn

Attention to detail, it's where the devil is. But I guess that rules you out too unless it was a trick question in which case i'll be over here looking at my Haynes Raleigh Chopper Manual.

getting yourself a decent handle

That's what she said to Walter he only pointed out he wasn't going to bloody well cycle all the way there. Plain stlye but nothing to lose your head over. :)

I thought it was James 1 who had Raleigh beheaded?

Virgin Bess died in 1603. A few years, I believe, before Walter 'lost his head'.

who had Raleigh beheaded?

Was it Orinoco or Bulgaria?

Hmm the postcard did say Venezuela...

Dear Liz,
Having a lovely time, shame about the food. Some staff trouble too. She says hello by the way. Do you want her back? What? Erm no nothing dear... the Smash is delicious <pause> again.
Still no sign of Eldorado we can only get the World Service and East Enders.

Love to Jim.

ps Wombles can't swim. :)

You are of course right mate, which is why I included 'nothing' in the phrase, but don't worry you'll get the hang of me eventually. :)

I only add a smiley btw (don't get me started, I will be here all night) when I want to let the reader know that i'm not being entirely serious. Just scratching around for my own amusement. Anyone for Truffle? :)
