How can you be a "British Pole
It's quite simple really :o)
I have to agree with 'marek' when he says
marek_:
i was born and raised in the uk.almost all my family are polish.theres loads of british poles like myself.raised as a pole.polish church.polish school every saturday.
I also consider myself as a British .... or should I say English Pole; most of my family is Polish and I
feel more Polish than English considering both parents were Polish, I was brought up in a Polish household, attended Polish church and went to Polish clubs to socialise as a teenager more often than English clubs.
I have Polish blood running through my veins .... I support Poland over England in sporting events. My first language was Polish, although now I have to admit my English is better than my Polish, although when I visit Poland people are amazed when they find out I wasn't born in Poland.

The fact is that you're English though
true .... but only because I was born in England ....but if we look at my bloodline i'm Polish ....... so really you could argue that I'm 50% English and 50% Polish, however, in my heart I'm more Polish :o)
I 'feel' more Polish than English in that I identify myself more with Polish culture/traditions than with English ones ..... if you can understand what I'm getting at ?
I consider myself a Pole who just happened to be born in England ... hence my chosen nickname on these forums .. Polanglik.....and not Anglopol :o))))
