Building Tradesmen Required In Europe

Hi
I am looking for the following skilled/semi skilled guys, a roofer, plumber, stonemason,electrician, carpenter, and general labourer. Rates of pay from 8 euros an hour to 15 euros an hour. Accomodation is provided (at cost) and a car is available for own use.
Jobs will be in either Germany or France and at least one person of the team needs to speak English well. If interested reply using this forum with contact details.

What is the cost of accommodation ? Is accommodation shared ?
What type of work is it ?
Stonemason ? Do you want a bricklayer ?
Is this one team or will they be split up ?
Why is English important ?
Do all trades have to speak the same language ?
Is accommodation within easy reach of the job ? we don't all drive.
Do you need a gaffer ?
What are the working hours ? Is overtime available ?
How long is the contract ?
Is it on the cards ? Who pays the tax ?
Is this regular work ?
Is there an age limit ?
Are you looking for speed or skill ?
Do you need someone who can read plans ?
With Christmas coming up when does the work start ?
