http://www.ekapija.com/website/sr/page/301134_en
The Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Economy of Poland, Valdemar Pavlak, paid a visit to Asseco South Eastern Europe, the regional leader in the area of information technologies, with the headquarters in Belgrade.

- I am satisfied with the results of the visit to Belgrade, which opened the new opportunities for development of bilateral cooperation, especially in the area of economics and investments – said the Deputy Prime Minister of Poland, Valdemar Pavlak, and added that "special support should be given to further progress of IT industry, which is one of the quickest-growing branches of economy, while company Asseco, as its part, represents a good example for all future investments of Polish companies in Serbia".

During the time of middle war or medival times I would say: Indeed
But now? There isn't that strong of a bond between Serbs and Poles as it used to...
Otherwise Poland wouldn't be in NATO

There is a bond yes, but not as STRONG as it USED to be

Oh come on, let Crow to enjoy.. He has good reason. Assecco is fine and big IT company. It is nice to see them expanding into the south, btw.If there is more people there like Crow, maybe there is a chance their Slavic origin will give them upper hand ;)

I meaned situation when lets say there is a contract and a final bid and let say two equal bids: IBM vs Assecco. I was reffering to such situation saying about Slavic upper hand ;) Which was a joke anyway of course :)
Though I'm sincerelly quite happy to see Assecco trying to make some bussiness in Serbia, because I'm IT guy myself, though Assecco is a competitor to me. But IT world is small, so who knows, maybe some day I will visit Belgrad to participate in some project for couple of months ;)

Serbia is great chance for Poland

Mr Grunwald:

sure. and not only in Serbia but all over the Serbian lands on Balkan (Serbia, Montenegro, Serb Republic within Bosnia). Wherever are Serbs there is chance for Poland.
