Business ideas when I'll get back to Poland

i have a polish residency, im Jordanian and planing to get back to Poland, currently im running HR consulting and recruitment services company in my country, but as you know the ME getting worst and worst now. am searching for good business idea with a budget 300.000 PLN thank you

I was in Jordan in 2008. Business was too slow then there. Is it worse now? HR consulting field is not attractive anymore as companies are kicking employees out and most of remaining companies are doing thier HR works themselves. In Jordan, I had seen most of houses were made of marbles. Turkey being a marble country, I can help you about this trade if you are interested.
