Establishing a Private College in Warsaw

I am an educationist and had been working as a Prinipal at a private college in London from last 16 months. I know all the rules and regulations of UKBA as how to perfectly comply the sponsorship duties and responsibilites being a Tier 4 College.

The UKBA has recently changed the Tier 4 Student Policy and the future of private further and higher education sector in UK seems to me gloomy.

I am roaming around possibility of setting up any similar private college in Warsaw area. The courses would be offerd in English targeting mainly international students with local people as well and the awarding bodies would be both Polish and UK recognised national awarding bodies.

I would appreciate much of receiving any suggestion from anyone.

As in, they're cracking down on pirate operations who use education as a front to get people in the country and look the other way when they 'disappear' into the UK.

Bet you're feeling the pinch.

I do apologise, I was writing fast however. Thanks for the correction. According to the Times Newspaper, the international students contribute 30 Billion Pound per year in the UK economy. It might be debatable who is benefited, UK economy or the foreign students?

I think You nailed this one, Alex. edit: Shabuz, if they're doing what Alex described - circumventing appropriate visa laws, they should be deported regardless of how much they supposedly contribute.

Funnily enough, despite cracking down, they've allowed all sorts of exams to be used as "proof" of language skills. I certainly don't think that the Cambridge exams are "secure" for instance, despite the claims made at the time.

Not as good as the brothel in Warsaw which was officially a language school, one-to-one lessons only (two-to-one lessons were apparently available but at three times the cost).
