I was shocked to see they're only just launching the tender now for the 100km stretch from Świecko. Sort of depressing ...

Varsovian: I was shocked to see they're only just launching the tender now for the 100km stretch from Świecko. Sort of depressing ... Uh...the motorway isn't far off completion - many of the bridges are now in place, a lot of the carriageway is down - so what are you talking about? It'll certainly be finished by Euro 2012.
