I found out today that all people who have a dzialnosc must update it by the end of the year or face a hefty fine. I know this applies in Trojmiasto but ud better check other areas of Poland.

I was talking to a freind who works for urzad miasta and he told me they are hoping to catch a load of ppl who dont update their dzialnosc and hit them with heavy fines.

I believe welshguy is saying that all those who run their own business must update it (I don't know what it means exactly) by the end of the year, otherwise, they might face some fines.

This should also be done for all teachers or business owners in Poland. I dont see why people would ignore it, as you can claim most of your tax back for the year.

poor employees don't have to do anything towards the end of year. They just relax and drink herbata z prądem when it gets cold :)

just be careful. It's just forecasts, they may be wrong and it may get colder than that. Unless you are going to some nice & warm place...

They are. Each work permit is only good for one specific job with one specific employer. No matter what one's 'agent' says.

Something tells me that many of these "agents" are going to cause a lot of trouble for Asians in Poland.
