HOW TO - Setting up a business as a NON-EU citizen

Hello,

I'm a non eu citizen currently who currently has a temporary french residence permit and a business in France.
I would like to come to Poland and start a web development business and after having a look on the numerous sources of information available on the internet, I'm not quit sure I have a clear image of what has to be done stepwise for me to start here.

It seems that the first step for me would be to ask for a Residence permit and that the reason for it would be
starting a business.

I was hoping someone here could help point me in which direction i should go to start the appropriate procedures.

should seek assistance from Polish consulate in your area where you are living about any questions you have regarding this matter they would be the one to help you to the point. thank you. and yes please do email me as well about what is the minimum finance required to start a small business in UK food stuff. i am from UAE. my email is jesse_james_42@hotmail.com thank you again.
