has anyone tried this service?

It allows you to top-up a mobile phone in poland.

all the information is on the site and under the Ukash tab, you need a Ukash voucher first. Seems pretty straight forward really.

they hammer you on the exchange rate.

according to google:
100 Polish zloty = 21.9489069 British pounds

i think the price they selling is worth it for such a service.

Ive just punched in my old UK post code and theres two shops within 3 minutes walking distance from my old house. Looks like most convenience stores will have it.
