Hello! I have a Sp. z o.o. in Poland (Gdansk) and I'm going to pay a USA company for hosting services $100. Should I pay $22 as a VAT on top of that to the tax office? I asked my accountant about that and he said that I shouldn't pay or withold any VAT but this sounds strange to me... Any accountants here or maybe there are some people who've already encountered with such a problem.
