Registering a Business in Warsaw - Location of office?

Hi. I am just wondering if anyone know the address of the office in Warsaw where you would register a business?

It depends which gmina you live in.

Gmina?? Do you mean area within Warsaw?

Yes, exactly that (although I think the things in Warsaw are actually called Dzielnicy).

For example, if you live in Srodmiescie, you want the office at ul. Nowogrodzka 43.

Do you mean, the government offices, to register your business activity or you require a office Hotel, for example " Regus office"

The first option. I have my business registered in Wroclaw but want to move everything up to Warsaw now. I live in Zoliborz, And idea where that office may be?

Hi. I am about to embark on a company registration process in Warsaw. It will be as a -self employed' entity as opposed to the S.A. type.

Has anyone gone through this recently and would you have a list of the addresses of offices that you need to visit in warsaw?

The process is more simplified today.
Now simply fill out the CEIDG application online here:

prod.ceidg.gov.pl/CEIDG/CEIDG.Public.UI/NewUser.aspx

Choose "Anonymous preparation of the application" - since probably you don't have a qualified electronic signature.
When you complete it go to any of town or community administrative office, eg Urząd Dzielnicy Śródmieście (downtown)
