Doing Business in Poland through Cyprus Companies

The use of Cyprus companies for holding investments, real estate, or imports-exports is very common and well established.

A Cyprus company may be used in various transactions with the ultimate benefit of tax optimisation.

Some of the benefits are:

Corporation tax of 10%
No tax on the sale of shares of the Cyprus company
No capital gain tax on the sale of property owned by the Cyprus company
No tax on dividends paid by the Cyprus company to non resident shareholders

A Cyprus company can provide consulting services, employees, trade, financing and basically any other activity, the profits of which will be generally taxed at a low 10%.

If someone is interested in more information, I would be very happy to provide so.

Nicolas
