Garments business in UAE, starting a business in Poland

Hello Friends I Am Pakistani but based in Dubai. I have garments business over here in UAE and i would like to extend it to EU. i am already dealing with many European buyers from UAE so as in my opinion it would be better to have a business there too.can anyone help me and let me know the Polish Govt rules and regulations to commence a business in Poland. Thanks in advance :)

http://www.paiz.gov.pl/en This is an official website. You will find plenty of useful informations. Particularly in the "Polish Law" section, you will find all regulations for registering the business, paying taxes, hiring people...
