Large warehouse 10 miles east of Warsaw in Nowy Konik. Business ideas/offers?

Hello everybody, I've recently inherited a large warehouse that is about 10 miles east of Warsaw in Nowy Konik. I'm not too sure about what kind of business opportunity I might have with this empty warehouse. I'm doing research on my own and I thought I could ask people who might be more aware of these things while I look into it myself.

I wanted to ask what are some business ideas to look at for this kind of property? I was considering export/import kind of operation or public storage. It's really a very large warehouse that is complete with electricity, heating, plumbing....recently built.

I was thinking larger storage units because it is a very large warehouse and the area seems suited for commercial/industrial purposes.
