Need a business partner/employee for online DVD/video game rental company

First off, Happy new Year everyone.
I have started an online DVD/video game rental company, kinowdomku.pl, and need an employee or business partner to run the business while I am out of the country for the next year. I will be able to continue all the online operations and website maintenance but need somebody to do the physical operations, such as going to the post office everyday to mail new orders and pick up returns, taking care of advertising, cataloging new products, receiving permission and licenses to rent certain products, etc. I would prefer someone in Poznan as that is where all the products are. Salary could either be a fixed hourly wage or a percentage of profits. I started operations 2 weeks ago on a small scale to see if there is a demand for this sort of business. I only advertised on Facebook and received about 4 new customers a day. Eventually I would like to add unlimited high quality streaming video to be included with the monthly membership.
I am leaving on the 7th of January. If I do not find somebody then I will suspend operations until I return in a year.
