Hi There any business entrepreneurs
Looking for a business partner to set up a recruitment Agency in Krakow
Already have English Company looking to expand into Poland.
Also interested in any other Business opportunities.
I have been visiting Poland since 2000 have a basic grasp of the Polish Language which I am trying to improve.
Looking at moving to Krakow at end of summer 2008

I think it could work, but I would focus on the quality, not quantity.

i have heard anecdotally that a lot of head hunting goes on in poland

I am also interested in looking into various business opportunities in Poland, around the Krakow area - I plan to move to Krakow around 2009, but I am in Poland every month for at least a week.

My next trip is to Krakow (5th March) for 5 days and then Warsaw (10th March ) till the 14th March.

I was in recruitment for a couple of years here in Krakow, it's a tougher market than you might think - already lots of UK companies here, best thing to do I believe is to find a niche market and concentrate on what the Uni students are interested in and go get them. Niche markets already exhausted: Medical staff, drivers... some better areas could be: nursing staff (some probs there with English skills (they don't have the funds to pay for English courses)) office workers (PAs, data-input staff) and maybe IT...
