Calling an ERA cell phone from North America

czesc!! i am trying to call my girlfriend on her cell phone. SHe is in Szczecin.

my cell phone company is no help.

i cannot text her either

the country code is 48 the city code is 91.

when in Poland i call 0600-71-XX-XX.

i try calling her number like this.
011-48-0600-71-XX-XX.
011-48-91-600-71-XX-XX
011-48-91-0600-71-XX-XX

do i need the city code when calling cell phone?

the home number i call with no problem.
011-4891-46-XX-XXX

thanks... i have tried nearly all combinations. i was typing my question fast.

then maybe this: 011-48-0600-71-XX-XX. I successfully called someone from Poland using the mentioned by me combinations (cannot remember now but I think the first one I wrote about).

yes i got thru but the connection was crap. i could not understand anything she was saying. i called her house line and it was clear.
