HAHAHAHHA to the guy who said marijuana has screwed up his life hahahahaha!! U screwed up ur own life and blamed it on marijuana. I have smoked for a few years now. i didn't start till i was over the age of 18. Its pretty much legal in cali if ur over the age of 18 the penalty is less than a parking ticket! I do it maybe once or twice a week im not a dope fiend. I don't drink b/c i don't like the way it makes me feel and the terrible effects it has on the body. Alcohol is much more damaging than marijuana thats a proven fact. Its much more addictive than marijuana.

Yes THC is a drug but its less addictive than caffeine and especially nicotine. My dad was in charge of the drug reform program proposition 36 which delt with addicts. In all of his years in law enforcement he's never ever seen a marijuana addict or some1 who ruined their life due to marijuana. He also helped lobby alonside the grassroots efforts in california for proposition 215 which decriminalized marijuana and allowed for medical dispensaries. My dad smokes pot and he's now a lobbyist. My uncle and aunt smoke pot and they r doctors. My aunt who is a real estate tycoon also smokes pot.

Absolutely, and sometimes the damage isn't seen till later life. Psychoses is a danger but so too are anxiety disorders, depression etc etc

smoking pot can distort your perception of reality... things can appear not quite as they seem... some reefer smokers even think they have been alive longer than they have...

Many substance abusers have the mental illness to start out. Drinking and drugging is often a form of self medication.

I have allot of time in recovery from my bad habits. My issues there there long before I picked up a drink or a drug. If anything using just compounds what is already there.

I have an aunt that plays in the philadelphia orchestra at a salary of around 50k a yr. Thats nothing and she is on top!! My dads best friend in HS who he used to b in a band with toured with greatful dead for a year or 2 and now lives in his parents basement!

Its a simple fact boys and girls, if you take drugs your more likely to do your self more harm than good.

People will give many reasons for taking drugs, however they are all 'no excuse' and if they are negatively effected by the drugs they take then thats their problem. The NHS or whatever the health service in Poland is called should not be responsible for these brainless idiots who have tanked themselves up on drugs or have OD on their latest hit.

I say good riddens to them and the quicker their time space continuim closes the better. play with fire and you'll get burned :)

Have to disagree, I also have the same opinion as you, but when treating a patient you should never discriminate against anyone.

i can see where your comming from and accept your point of view totally. Everybody in the UK pays into the NHS and should be able to recieve treatment accordingly. However do you feel that this should be the same for repeat offenders as this could be considered a waste of time and resources which could be best spent elsewhere?
