To whom it may concern,
my name is Andreas Tönse. I own an enterprise which employs 10 employees. Seven of them are carpenters and three of them usually do dry mortarless construction/dry lining. My working experiences in Norway are limited to four months. We usually did dry lining and we did set up moulds on bigger construction sites. In Germany I mainly worked on the very same area but I also worked on privately owned houses as well as apartment buildings. I know that it is possible for a German enterprise to work for 180 days in Norway before it has to be registered as enterprise. One of my carpenters speaks adequately English and I myself am trying to learn English although Norwegian is also interesting to me. The loans in Starvanger, where I worked, included a house that was provided for the six people of us. I was paid 25 Euro per hour after I verified the number of hours we worked. I was able to charge a bill every two weeks which usually was paid within ten working days. On that loan basis (25 Euro) it should be no problem for me to rent a place on my own. I am equipped with the necessary tools and machines and we have two cars (a Mercedes Transporter and a bus). I would really appreciate if we could find a way to cooperate so that every one of us could gain something from it. I am especially interested in working as a sub-contracted enterprise for your business. It would be great if you could inform me about the kind of machines that are needed for the works performed on your sites. Additionally I would like to know where your main office is and where your construction sites usually are. Soon I will be back in Norway so it should not be a problem to set up a meeting. It would be nice to if you could tell me what kind of papers you usually demand. If you are interested in my offer please respond to my request (decobird@web.de).
Sincerely, Andreas Tönse (decobird@web.de)
