Cellphone numbers in Poland; how to find the user?

I got a phonecall the other day from a cellphone from Poland ,but i cant seem to find out who the number belongs to. Is there a way to get this through the Polish phonerecords or somewhere else?

I don't think so, unless you call it back. Maybe you can figure out who the provider is by the number, but that's all.

Yes ,that is what i'm looking for ,somewhere to do a search by number and see if anything comes up.

There is no single source of reverse look up from number to person. Also if the mobile is pre-pay thet phone company most likely does not know the consumer anyway. You're going to have to call the number

I do not think there is any reverse lookup for cell phones.

Ok ,thanks for the answers ,the problem is that someone is calling me with this number 6-7 times a day and hangs up when i answer ,and when i call back no one answers the phone.

Why not call back from another phone? Confuse the buggers

Or you may just be unlucky and have an autodialler calling you !

which in english means " A CALL CENTRE"

Could be a predictive dialler. Calls to see you're in before putting you in a queue for an operator to sell you double glazing, viagra or three weeks in Disneyworld! Unlikley to be from a mobile number thinking about it though.

Let it ring and see if they leave anything on voice mail/answer phone.
