is he a teenager? :) These are not really dirty words, most of it s just teenage slang.

ciołek - a dumb person
narka - see ya
strzałka - a phone signal (after a ring or two you hang off, not waiting for the other person to pick it up; it's a teenage cost-saving method of using mobile phone); synonyms: głuchy, głuchacz
czółko (not czułko) - hi, hello or see ya, depending on the context (illustrative of saluting with your hand next to the forehead)
szufla - same as above (illustrative of a hand extended for a handshake)
lalka z kuca - ??? - I don't know this one
trutniu - just as Polson wrote - you parasite (directed to somebody; Nominative is "truteń")
wariatka - again, see Polson's explanation - a crazy/wild girl/woman

ciołek - very fool
narka it's short version of "na razie" - see you later
strzałka, or "strzała" - see ya
czółko - see ya
szufla - give me your hand (ręka it's shovel in that mean)
lalka z kuca - I don't know...maybe it's another version of "Baba z wozu (koniom lżej)"
trutniu- truteń it's drone, bee male, but in this mean about parasite man
wariatka - crazy girl or woman

Use the "Search" function, there are threads about Gadu-Gadu (the correct spelling) on these boards, and the instructions were translated into English by forum members.

Edit:
gg installation

I even found one post with my translation :)

gg settings in POL and ENG
