What is a comfortable salary in Poland for a family?

For a family of 4 ( 2 adult 2 kids ), big city, 1 car, no payments on the house/flat.
How much money would you have to earn to live comfortably?
How much tax do you pay on your earnings?

6000 - 8000 zl (so-so...fine income :) )

well, and for a couple ? what do u think about 3000 zl ? living(rent)..eating..in krakow,so...no car :-)

You wouldn't have to save on very basic things, but I wouldn't say that this is comfortable salary.

I would say... if you do some savings.... you can buy a car too. Its good for a wife, a kid and yourself... happy sweet little family!...

And yes... if you are keen... as life progresses....things will get better! :) ... come on!... dont worry... live a brave life :)....its a good income...3000zl

tax is about 19 percent, then there is health insurance for a family of four could be about 300pln or more for first two years. you would need (after taxes) at least 3000 pln.
I have a wife and two kids in Katowice. 4000 is much better!
