The USA are the prime financiators of the state of Israel, a whole lotta money goes to Israel each year, not even counting weapons & such. They keep it alive, it would've gone bankcrupt like 30 years ago, Israel is an enormous military power for a country so small & posesses nuclear weapons. Couldn't have done it on it's own.

You said that, not me. But polish-jewish relations are more complicated than you can even imagine. And they are becoming more “complicated” because Israel is promoting view of Poland as country equally responsible for holocaust with Germany.

Not really, but It's true that If something like this was published in a Polish mainstream newspaper, there would be a huge aj waj waj about "Polish antisemitism" around the world. There shouldn't be doubel standards for Jews and Goys. That's all.

That's at least partly true. We simply should tell them that unless Isreali government start fighting with anti-Polonism, they may forget about arms deals with us and our support in UN or EU. Imagine If any other nation would behave like that. We would eat them alive.

Well, I don't live in Poland the whole year round any more, so I don't know how society would react on that, all I know is that they still sell those "Jewish jokes books" in "kiosks" accross Poland. It's a small book with a jewish man on the front depicted having money coming out of his pockets & a huge nose. So.. double standards.. not too sure about that..

True, but that is definately very non mainstream stuff. On this level you would probably find stuff sold in Isreal saying that Goys are animals. The point is that the cartoon was posted in Haaretz, which is one of the most important (If not the most) newspapers in Israel. It's like there were antisemitic cartoons in Rzeczpospolita. You definately won't find such things there.

So, as polish person how do you like to be placed in one basket with German Nazi criminals? Do you feel responsible for holocaust? I don’t! Try to be ironic about this.

Well, I think that's the point where we differ. I'm less conservative & more liberterian. And I'm quite torn to be honest. Although they depict my people in such a dreadful way, I still think they have the right to do so. However, freedom of speech ends where another's man's freedom is trespassed. I find it hard to create an opinion on this...

I guess somehow, that after moving out of Poland I kinda lost the "nationalistic reflex" I would've had if I still lived there, but I still don't see things so black & white as you do.

It is the common accusation,pointing not only to Poles that people in occupied countries did not help the Jews to avoid holocaust.Moreover they wre supposed to help the Nazis since they also wanted the disappearance of Jews.
Point is the Germans did not only kill Jews.Poland had the highest number of victims according to its population.Polish people were executed as well.So since germans kill people and destroy whole villages,why should anyone care for the Jews?I mean if you get tortured and killed and you starve from hunger,it is not reasonable that your first thought will be how to protect the Jews.
The western countries did not experience the same kind of occupation as eastern Europe.Holland,DenmarkNorway were considered to be Arian cousins,they kept their jobs,their economy,they did not starve,they were not sent to concentration camps.
So it was easier for them to care a little about the poor Jews.
The first prisoners in Auswitz were Poles.Poles stopped being executed in Auswitz in 1943.Before that they had the same treatment with Jews.What should the Polaks say?Please we do not like that,if you execute the Jews we also want to be executed?Either you stop the gas murder,or we will start a strike?
This is all nonsense.It is very possible that the police helped the germans and gave them all the addresses of Jews as to find and restrain them in Warsaw getto.It is possible that some people tried to exploit Jews buying their property in ridiculous prizes.
However Polaks never assisted openly the genocide like Lithuanians for example who were active members helping Sonderkommandos in killing.
Moreover there were no polish SS,while there were belgian SS or even russian SS.So the polish active participation in holocaust is totally out of question.

Maybe this will surprise you but I don’t live in Poland, yet I am very sensitive to all crap about country where my ancestors came from.

Until the state of Israel begins to treat Palestinians as human beings, quite frankly they should shut their mouth about anyone else.
This whole "world guilt" over the Holocaust. Its as if the Jewish race is the only one to have suffered attempted genocide. Stalin, Pol Pot to mention a few were equally ruthless, perhaps less organized, but equally vicious as Hitler and his cronies in destroying humans. Ans correct me if I'm wrong but didn't both Hitler and Stalin murder lots of Poles.
By constantly reminding people of the Jewish holocaust, its as if we should forget or condone or turn a blind eye towards their actions in Palestine.

Obviously I'm not condoning anti-semitism, however, sometimes special pleading draws attention away from others who have and or are equally under sufferance and pain.
If we look at genocide in Rwanda, Somalia etc the West has not acted to stop very much at all. And yet .... hmm people are going to now assume I'm racist. Thats the problem when you enter these discussions, you are often misunderstood.
