Complex office work in UK combined with child minding

I am a British lawyer with a wife and four children living in a large house in central England. We also have a house in France. Most of my time and work involves property development in Poland where I have three spzoo companies. So far we employ two permanent Polish staff in Krakow. We also have interests in Bydgoszcz, Torun and are looking at other cities such as Poznan, Szczecin, Lublin etc.

I would like to find someone, not too young, to live with us and help with the children, but who can also take an active role as a secretary and assistant, and Polish translator. About half the time would be helping the family, and half would be business. There will be opportunities to travel to Poland to look at properties, and for the right person it may be possible to take on a much more senior role as my companies expand. In the last two years we have made over 10 million zloty, so the companies are now quite profitable and this is an exciting time to be involved in the business.

The qualities needed are:

- good English
- excellent written and spoken Polish
- a little understanding of accountancy
- university training
- very organised. (I am not myself!)
- very bright
- ambitious
- good business sense
- ideally, a car driver

Salary is for discussion and will depend on hours you want to work etc.

Im always a bit wary of people who use gmail. Its used to block out the IP address of senders. However it sounds lke a very very good offer for a Polish person and Im sure you will have many interested people replying Good luck

How are you doing that ?

Grzegorz - we have an office in Krakow that we operate from, although we are now involved in other parts of Poland.
I like GMail because I can access it anywhere, and because of its ability to search though old emails very easily.
