Conjugate "to be" in Polish please!

Can somebody conjugate to be please? in the present tense. also pronounce.

ja jestem - I am
ty jestes - you are
on/ona/ono jest - he/she/it is
my jestesmy - we are
wy jestescie - you are
oni sa - they are

I could have done this but I was beaten to it! :( x

after reflecting a bit I think I could have done it too!

yesteshmi (the i at the end rhymes with the i in the word big) <jesteśmy>
yestesh-che (the e at the end - like the e in shed) <jesteście>
so (the o is a bit like the nasal French o) - <są>
In fact the letter e is always like the e in shed - never the long e in been.
