Conjugate "to be" in Polish please!

Can somebody conjugate to be please? in the present tense. also pronounce.

yestesh-che (the e at the end - like the e in shed) <jesteście>
so (the o is a bit like the nasal French o) - <są>
In fact the letter e is always like the e in shed - never the long e in been.
