Bahrain

awesome, i've seen some of the sporting events in Bahrain, F1, Football etc etc now cricket i'm glad its becoming more popular.

I also predict that Bahrain will be in the next football world cup, they have a useful team with plenty of potential and of course have good financial backing :)

yep, you just need a ball and something that resembles a bat, though your parents give you a real good hiding if you break something.

There is a cricket club in Warsaw, mainly Indian expats I believe. Contact Nick Sinha on office@msfglobal.com.

As for American football there has been a league in existence for a couple of years, world wide web pzfa.pl

Here in the West Indies cricket is of course popular. My nephew in Wroclaw plays baseball and I tried to explain cricket to him. Talk about trying to explain nuclear physics to a 5 year old.

Good to see you started him on Quantum Theory before LBW. Always a good idea to get the easy stuff out of the way first. :)

simple, they are deliveries of spin bowling, to be precise, leg spin bowling, there are five main deliveries, leg spinner, top spinner, slider, Flipper and Googly each of the deliveries are released at a different point of the action or the angle of the wrist when delivering.

I know it sounds more complicated but thats about it :)

So that's why it takes so long to get from Darwin to Cairns. Richard Branson. Unless you mean the other type of roots, in which case you're on your own. Last time I saw a rooting Aussie was that video of the Sally from Home and Away. :)

can

Ah so that's what they call the Brainy kids these days. Cans. From Can Do's I guess as opposed to those afforementioned types that kick them around. All that pent up agression if only they could channel it into something constructive. I hear team sports are good for self esteem and self worth. :)
That or an ASBO :)
