You little devil, it's like Alonso taking out Hamilton eh!! Funny, Alonso cannot hide from the computers and we will see if he was racing or intensionly braked to take Hamilton out, and see what the repercussions are from the race stewards. :O)

Go Kub, maybe the second podium in a row ;)
And with Heidfeld in 4th position, BMW would classify 1st.

Get off the horse and fight like a real man.

I thought that Polish were famous for fighting on horses, are you saying that Polish are not real men lol

Anyway getting back to the subject, we will see if McLaren will appeal against Alonso, but in real truth I don't think they will as the points were not affected, it just smells a bit because when it happened Alonso was on a straight and it seems a bit strange that he just slowed down like that.
Still really happy that Kubica got third, and was closing fast at the end of the race, which sets him up for the start of the European rounds.
Anyone heard any news about the Polish circuit that is going to be built?

The British Pat Symonds, Renault chief engineer of the team, with the telemetry showed in hand, that the cause of the clash between Lewis Hamilton (McLaren-Mercedes) and Fernando Alonso (Renault) during the first round of the Grand Prix of Bahrain was the British .

After the race, Symmonds showed a copy of the data telemeterized at the time of the incident and they can be seen from the graph line that marks the acceleration of both cars is always upward, which dispels any doubt about whether Alonso dropped progress just before impact.

Hamilton struck with the nose of his car in the right rear wheel of Alonso and broke the rear wing, but was able to continue the march. The English lost the front wing and had to return to it for a new one to the area of boxes, which cost sinking in the standings. At the end finished thirteenth and doubled.

Crash was caused by Hamilitons front wing breaking and causing the car to jump forward.

Hamilton never said it was Alonso's fault, it was speculation by the ITV commentators. Thank God they have lost the contract for next year.

Nice second practise for Alonso this afternoon espana 3rd place:O) I hope that its what they are saying that the McLaren's are setting up their cars, because they were crap this afternoon, Hamilton could only get 11th and Kubica was 12th and fighting with some stability problems according to the teams radio.

Oh, dear he's being beaten by his rookie team mate. Again.

However, its qualifying that matters before the race, not practice.

As its practice, they are probably testing different fuel load scenarios which makes the absolute speed meaningless.
